For B2B SaaS founders in IT and tech

Your demo pipeline is not a traffic problem. It is a hesitation problem.

I help B2B SaaS companies in IT and tech turn the traffic they already have into demos. I run a voice of customer analysis on your own sales calls to find what your buyers hesitate on, and I rewrite your pages around it.

Here is how the offer works. Send me 3 of your recorded sales calls. Within 5 business days, you get back what your buyers say when they decide. You also see which of those things your homepage and pricing page never say. There is no charge and no deck.

62.8%

At a company I worked for, 3 pages (demo, home and pricing) carried 62.8% of pipeline attribution.

10.9:1

Live chat outperformed blog posts 10.9 to 1 on customer attribution.

50+

I read more than 50 customer call and support transcripts and rewrote pages in buyers' own words.

The teardown works from the recordings you already have.

How the free teardown works

Send 3 calls in and get 1 page back.

Here is how the teardown works, in 3 steps. It is not a survey. It is your buyers' own words.

01.

Send 3 recorded sales calls

NDA on request; I delete the recordings after the teardown and reuse nothing from them without your yes.

02.

I read what buyers say when they decide

I use their own words at the moment they decide or stall. I do not use a survey or a guess.

03.

You get 1 page back in 5 business days

There is no charge and no deck. If the page is useful, we talk for 15 minutes.

What is on the page

Here is what your buyers say that your pages do not.

It is not a report full of charts. It is 1 page you can act on.

You get the 5 things your buyers say when they decide, word for word.

You see which of those things your homepage and pricing page never say.

You learn the role, if any, that your buyers name as the person who said no.

You get a drafted "Who this is not for" section, so bad-fit demos turn themselves away.

You get 1 number to measure over the next 90 days.

No fake urgency, no fake scarcity, no invented proof.

Who this is for

Here is who the teardown is for.

It is not for every company. It is for the founders described below.

What I do not do
  • I do not change button colors and call it a fix.
  • I do not guarantee a number of demos.
  • I do not reuse anything from your calls without your yes.
  • I do not send you a sales deck or a long proposal.
  • I do not use fake urgency, fake scarcity or invented proof.
Who this is for
  • You run a B2B SaaS company in IT or tech, past product-market fit.
  • Your team has 5 to 50 people, and a founder still leads it.
  • Your site books demos, and you record your sales calls.
  • Your traffic is steady, but your demo count is flat or full of bad fits.
2 problems

The 2 problems I work on are traffic with a flat demo count, and demos that book but are the wrong fit.

Here is what the teardown does about them. If either problem is yours, the teardown shows where it starts, on your own calls. It is not a guess about your market. It is what your buyers said.

The method

Here is the method. The free teardown covers steps 01 and 03. Step 02, rewriting your pages, is the paid engagement that comes after it.

01. Find

Find what buyers hesitate on

Often the bottleneck is not on the page. It is underneath it, in the doubts buyers have and the reasons they give for not booking. They say these things out loud on your sales calls.

  • I work from your own calls, not a survey or a persona.
  • I keep quotes word for word and check them against the transcript.
  • I reuse nothing from your calls without your yes.
Teardown, page 1Example layout
01.

I quote what a buyer said when they decided.

02.

I name the doubt behind it in 1 line.

03.

I show where your homepage answers it, or does not.

04.

If buyers name a role that said no, I name it the way they do.

This is the layout only. Every line on a real teardown comes from your calls.
02. Place (after the teardown)

Say it on the pages that carry pipeline

At a company I worked for, 3 pages (demo, home and pricing) carried 62.8% of pipeline attribution. Those are the pages that should answer what your buyers hesitate on. This step is the paid engagement, not the free teardown.

  • We start with your homepage and pricing page.
  • You see your current lines next to the rewritten ones, so you can judge them yourself.
  • We measure your demo-booking rate in your CRM, not traffic.

03. Filter

Turn the wrong-fit demos away

A drafted "Who this is not for" section tells the wrong buyers before they book. That way, the demos that do book are worth taking.

  • The section is built to turn bad-fit buyers away before they book.
  • We write down 1 number to measure over 90 days.
  • The number comes from your CRM, so you can check it yourself.

Your GTM strategy

We tailor content to the GTM strategy you already have.

We do not build your go-to-market strategy. We work with teams that already have product-market fit and an established GTM strategy. From it, we map the marketing strategy and the content that complements it, written from what buyers say on your calls.

The SaaS Survival Engine. Your buyer is at the center, with their problem around them. Four GTM stages run in a loop around the buyer. 01 Marketing: get found by the right buyer, with content in their own words. This is where we work. 02 Sales: prove it works, as the demo shows it beats their problem. 03 Onboarding: their first result inside 14 days. 04 Retention: they stay and renew, and 12-month retention is the score. Your product is the fix, cheaper than living with the problem. Once customers stay, you pick how to grow: A, win a new market, or B, win more of your core market.
Where each stage wins your buyer, or loses them.

Here is that map for my own business, in Contextual Content Engine.

My own funnel in 3 stages. Discovery: the trigger is pain mirrored back, the main channel is video, and blog posts and a lead magnet feed it. The next step is that the viewer subscribes, follows on LinkedIn or joins the email list. Engagement: the trigger is peer proof and the main channel is long-form video. The next step is that the subscriber joins the email list and visits the website to check the work is real. Decision: the trigger is radical transparency and the main channel is the website. The buyer reads the price and conditions and books the free 15-minute diagnostic call.

Questions

Questions about the voice of customer analysis

What is a voice of customer analysis?

It is a read of what your buyers say in your own sales calls: their pain points in their own words, what makes them hesitate, and what makes them decide. The free teardown runs it on 3 of your recorded calls.

Our content produces traffic but not demos. Why?

It is usually a message problem, not a volume problem. More traffic, more content and more touchpoints do not move the demo rate when your pages do not name the problem the way your buyers describe it to a colleague.

What do I send, and what happens to the calls?

Send 3 recorded sales calls from the tool you already use, such as Gong, Chorus, Fireflies or Zoom. An NDA is available on request, and I delete the recordings after the teardown.
